Making Up Monostatos

Each performance of Opera Australia’s production of The Magic Flute begins for Kanen Breen in the wig room of The Sydney Opera House. Makeup artist Dynae Wood, using a false nose, spirit gum, feathers and makeup transforms Kanen into his character Monastatos.
